WEDDINGS...PARTIES...FUNCTIONS
Thank you for considering the
Landmark for your party. With our unique setting and a
variety of menu ideas, we look forward to making your special
event a memorable occasion for you and your guests.

Menus for our
functions are based on a minimum of 25 people.

There is a room fee
of $150. Parties are booked for up to four
hours use of the space. Arrangements can be
made if an extended period of time is requested.

7% sales tax and an
18% service charge is added to your bill.

A $300 deposit is
required at time of booking to reserve the space.
The deposit will be refunded if a 60 day
cancellation notice is given.

A minimum number of
people is required one week prior to event.

We provide cakes
for special occasions. If you do not purchase
a cake from us, there is a $1.00 per person cake
cutting fee.

The balance of
payment is due on the day of the event.
